Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms and conditions related to cancellations, modifications, and refunds for reservations made at Oasis in the Center of Bologna and Suite in the Center of Bologna, managed by Synrgy Immobiliare. By confirming a reservation, guests accept the terms set forth below.

1. Cancellation Terms

  • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will result in the full charge (100%) of the total booking amount, with no refunds provided.

2. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount of the stay will be charged, with no refund eligibility.

3. Reservation Modifications

  • Guests may request changes to their reservation dates free of charge, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  • All modifications are subject to availability and potential rate adjustments, depending on the revised booking period.

4. Refund Policy

  • If a cancellation meets the eligibility criteria for a refund, the amount will be reimbursed using the same payment method utilized for the original transaction.
  • Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days from the date the cancellation request is approved.

5. Cancellations by the Property

In exceptional circumstances, the property reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen emergencies. In such cases:

  • Guests will be offered a suitable alternative accommodation, where possible.
  • If no alternative is available, or if the cancellation is due to an error attributable to the property, a full refund will be issued.

The property is not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government-imposed restrictions.
