2. Scope of Services

Synrgy Immobiliare provides short-term vacation rental services for the properties Oasis in the Center of Bologna and Suite in the Center of Bologna. Through this website, users can:

  • View property details and availability
  • Make accommodation reservations
  • Communicate with the Company regarding their stay

Reservations are subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.

3. Booking Process & Payment

3.1. Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the user receives a booking confirmation via email.

3.2. Payment

  • The total price, including applicable taxes and fees, will be specified at the time of booking.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers selected by the user.
  • The Company is not responsible for any errors or security breaches related to third-party payment providers.

3.3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The cancellation policy will be specified at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of reservation.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are required to:

  • Comply with all house rules provided before or during the stay.
  • Respect the check-in and check-out times communicated by the Company.
  • Use the accommodations responsibly and avoid causing damage.
  • Refrain from engaging in illegal activities or disruptive behavior during their stay.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

5.1. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for personal injuries, damages, theft, or losses occurring within the accommodations, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  • The Company is not liable for service interruptions, including internet or utility failures, beyond its control.

5.2. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental restrictions).

6. Data Protection & Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Synrgy Immobiliare and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bologna, Italy.
