House Rules - Oasis in the Center & Suite in the Center
To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests, please follow these house rules:
- Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is possible based on availability (self check-in available).
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.
- Respect for Neighbors
- Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If necessary, please use outdoor areas.
- Pets
- Oasis in the Center: Pets are allowed upon request.
- Suite in the Center: Pets are not allowed.
- Use of Spaces & Cleaning
- Guests are asked to keep the apartment tidy during their stay.
- Any damage to the property or furniture must be compensated by the guest.
- Security
- Please make sure to lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
- In case of emergency, contact our staff immediately.
- Wi-Fi & Electricity
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Access details will be provided upon arrival.
- Please turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use to promote a sustainable stay.
- Important Notice – Tourist Tax
Starting from April 1, 2025, in accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.50 per person per night will be applied.
- Exempt from payment: Children under 13 years old.
- The amount will be collected directly at check-in.
